I have used the meal plans I have developed to hit the Texas Teen USA and Teen USA stage and win best in fitness and more. You will receive guidelines to follow depending on your goals as well as meals with recipes. This meal plan is for 2 weeks and can be altered to the amount of time you are needing a meal plan for to maximize your body and health goals.
